Refund policy

Due to sanitary reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges and all sales are final. We appreciate your understanding.

We are unable to cancel any orders once they are processed and/or shipped.

Given the handcrafted nature of each item, minor imperfections or variations from the sample photo may occur. We make every effort to minimize these, and each piece undergoes inspection before being shipped out. 

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 48 hours if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
